I'll make up **** about people I don't even know to stay out of federal prison mr. Sullivan. You just tell me what you want to hear.

Edit: And I did not have sex with that redheaded woman a couple of posts up, but I'm thinking about it.

Despite the fact that a lot of them aren't natural redheads, I would definitely sleep with any of the ones Joe has posted. Redheads are my Kryptonite, even though I have never dated one.

Just to be clear, I have only posted photos of two different redheaded Russian spies (Maria Butina and Anna Chapman) in the last few pages of this thread. And so far as I can work out, they are both natural, give-or-take the boxed enhancements which all women seem to seek out as the rigors of age which affect us all take hold.

What is more frustrating is that I had lunch with my father (who turned 80 this year, and who I haven't seen in about ten years) last month. On the plus side, he still has a full head of hair. On the minus side, it still hasn't gone white. As my personal plans include rockin' a full-on Doc Brown hairdo within the next decade, this is annoying.

Coming soon to a country near you, UK-style justice. In Britian, it is illegal (and punishable by imprisonment) to belong to unpopular political organizations, own unpopular books, and give your baby an unpopular name.

Couple who named baby after Hitler sentenced for involvement in illegal far-right group

Claudia Patatas and Adam Thomas pose with their son, whose middle name is Adolf.

Dec. 18, 2018 / 10:50 AM CST By Elisha Fieldstadt

A British couple who named their child after Adolf Hitler was sentenced Tuesday to a combined 11-plus years in jail for their involvement with an outlawed far-right group.

Adam Thomas, 22, was sentenced to six years and six months in jail after he was convicted in November of belonging to an illegal organization and possessing information that would be useful in committing an act of terrorism, according to Birmingham Crown Court documents.

Claudia Patatas, 38, was sentenced to five years in jail after she was convicted of belonging to an illegal organization.

During the trial, prosecutors said the pair gave their baby the middle name "Adolf" as a tribute to Hitler, according to Reuters.

They were found guilty of being members of the National Action, a far-right group that was banned after members of the group lauded the murder of Labour Party lawmaker Jo *** by a far-right extremist in 2016.

Thomas was also convicted on a count connected to his possession of "The Anarchist's Cookbook," a book of instructions on how to construct weapons and explosives.

"These individuals were not simply racist fantasists; we now know they were a dangerous, well-structured organization," said West Midlands Police chief Matt Ward. "Their aim was to spread neo-**** ideology by provoking a race war in the UK and they had spent years acquiring the skills to carry this out."

Four other members of the group — Daniel Bogunovic, Darren Fletcher, Joel Wilmore, and Nathan Pryke — were also sentenced Tuesday to five or more years in jail for their involvement in National Action.

"This case presents the question whether a member of the public -- here, a nonprofit organization -- can use a FOIA request to obtain an unrelated individual's tax records without his consent," Henderson wrote in a opinion on behalf of herself and two other appellate judges. "With certain limited exceptions -- all inapplicable here -- the answer is no."

Influential Dem Operative Unmasked as Radical Antifa Leader Who Wants to ‘Kill the Rich’

A former Democratic operative is a current organizer of a fringe-left Antifa chapter that has been recently mobbing Republican politicians and journalists, an investigation by the The Daily Caller revealed Tuesday.

Joseph “Jose” Alcoff, 36, worked in 2016 as a campaign manager for Americans for Financial Reform, lobbying Congressional support for the abolition of payday loans. His press releases have been used by prominent Democratic leaders including Sen. Diane Feinstein.

But according to The Daily Caller, Alcoff has assumed a number of online personas that trace back to a single anonymous Twitter account posting under the handle @Sabokitty. Through his aliases, Alcoff was allegedly able to communicate radical messages, call for the overthrow of the US government, and organize aggressive Antifa protests.

The @Sabokitty account has been active in posting incendiary content. "#dearRichPeople Die in a fire or someday we will kill you in a fire," reads a 2014 post.

In 2016 he posted an April Fools' Day post that concluded with an unequivocal, "Kill the rich."

In a 2017 post, @Sabokitty anticipates the day his identity is discovered. "In case any of my coworkers figured out my Twitter account, I want to let you know I hate this country." he wrote. "It's not half bad. It's all bad."

More publicly, Alcoff allegedly played the role of "Chepe," a communist radical who started making appearance during the Occupy Wall Street protests. Elaborating on his credo, Chepe blogged that he's "trying to build a world without capitalism, without private property, without patriarchy, without white supremacy and without imperialism."

Chepe's ties to Antifa were made explicit in Dartmouth professor Mark Bray's book, "Antifa: The Anti-Fascist Handbook," in which he is listed as organizer for Smash Racism DC.

Smash Racism DC is the Antifa group that chased Sen. Ted Cruz out of a restaurant in September and besieged the home of Fox News Host Tucker Carlson (the founder of The Daily Caller) in November. "It wasn't a protest. It was a threat," Carlson told The Washington Post following the incident. "They were threatening me and my family and telling me to leave my own neighborhood in the city that I grew up in."

I am a member of the gallup poll. I respect their results very little these days, as the questions/surveys are very leading. It is easy to see the results they are shooting for.

I don't personally feel that Trans people having rights is a problem. (eg: they're covered by the Constitution, just like the rest of us Miata owners.)

Amazon hates america.

A Pro-Trump coffee brand has been prohibited from advertising with Amazon after using the American flag and the words “No Nonsense” and “No BS” on their advertisements.

Covfefe Coffee, inspired by the famous covfefe tweet from President Donald Trump, and made famous by conservatives including Laura Loomer, Jack Posobiec, and Ben Garrison, had its Amazon ads pulled due to the use of the American flag.

Amazon considers use of the flag a violation of its rules against advocating political parties, candidates, or causes.

After speaking to Big League Politics, Covfefe Coffee provided several emails showing Amazon describe the American flag as “not appropriate for advertising,” with one Amazon employee adding that he does not “anticipate when these products will be eligible for advertising in the near future,” indicating that this is not a new or temporary policy for the online retail giant.

In a followup email, another Amazon employee specifically told Covfefe Coffee they would need to “remove the [American] flag from the product image” and remove the words “No Nonsense” and “No BS” from the advertisements.

I'm tempted to complain to Amazon about the following items:

Amazon Amazon

Amazon Amazon

Amazon Amazon

I also wonder what Covfefe tastes like. Fried chicken and anger?

Officers Had No Duty to Protect Students in Parkland Massacre, Judge Rules

By Adeel Hassan
Dec. 18, 2018

A federal judge in Florida ruled that the Broward County schools and the county sheriff’s office had no legal duty to protect students during the shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on Feb. 14.

The school district and sheriff’s office in the Florida county that is home to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School had no constitutional duty to protect the students there during the deadly February massacre, a federal judge has said in a ruling.

The decision was made in a lawsuit filed by 15 students who said they suffered trauma during the Feb. 14 attack in Parkland, Fla. A total of 17 students and staff members lost their lives; 17 others were injured.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Nikolas Cruz, 20, the former Stoneman Douglas student who is accused of opening fire at the school on Valentine’s Day. He has pleaded not guilty, but his lawyers have said he would plead guilty in exchange for a life sentence.

The Dec. 12 ruling, by Judge Beth Bloom, came on the same day that a county judge, Patti Englander Henning, came to the opposite conclusion. Judge Henning found that Scot Peterson, the armed sheriff’s deputy who heard the gunfire but did not run in and try to stop the attack, did have an obligation to confront Mr. Cruz. The two decisions in rapid succession highlight an assumption often made: the belief that the public has a right to receive protection from police officers.

But police officers, in fact, generally are not under any legal obligation to protect citizens who are not in their custody.

“Neither the Constitution, nor state law, impose a general duty upon police officers or other governmental officials to protect individual persons from harm — even when they know the harm will occur,” said Darren L. Hutchinson, a professor and associate dean at the University of Florida School of Law. “Police can watch someone attack you, refuse to intervene and not violate the Constitution.”

The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the government has only a duty to protect persons who are “in custody,” he pointed out.

“Courts have rejected the argument that students are in custody of school officials while they are on campus,” Mr. Hutchinson said. “Custody is narrowly confined to situations where a person loses his or her freedom to move freely and seek assistance on their own — such as prisons, jails, or mental institutions.”

There are exceptions, Mr. Hutchinson said, as when a crossing guard who is specifically assigned to protect children traveling across a street allows a child to get run over while, say, the guard is being distracted by a smartphone. The crossing guard is in a “special relationship” with the children, in legal eyes.

When an officer has a “special relationship” with people, or acts to “enhance the risk” of harm, the officer can be liable for any resulting injury under state negligence laws, Mr. Hutchinson said.

This is likely how Judge Henning found that Mr. Peterson did have a duty to protect those inside the school and refused to dismiss the negligence lawsuit filed by Andrew Pollack, whose daughter Meadow was killed.

The county lawsuit argued that Mr. Peterson had a “special relationship” with students and staff members at the school because he was specifically assigned to offer them protection.

Video footage and other evidence shows Mr. Peterson, the only armed officer at the school, staying outside while shots could be heard exploding from inside the school. Mr. Peterson also launched a “code red” to put the entire school on lockdown.

“They also argued that he enhanced the risk of death, or injury, by Mr. Cruz by negligently ordering a lockdown, which prevented escape from the building,” Mr. Hutchinson said. “Either of these assertions could support liability for Peterson. But I would not be surprised if the state case was reversed on appeal. It is very difficult to establish liability in this area of law.”

The federal decision is expected to be appealed.

A state commission that has been investigating the attack found last week that there was a multitude of failures on the part of the school and law enforcement officials in the response to the shooting.

At least eight sheriff’s deputies who raced to the school and heard gunshots stayed outside the building, the commission wrote in a 400-page draft report, and officers lost even more time scrambling to retrieve bulletproof vests from their cars.
