Nullification of federal laws, is an alternative to secession. No need to wait for the Supreme Court to reverse an unconstitutional Federal law. The States can nullify now. Thomas Jefferson considered nullification as the most important check against Federal tyranny. The Supreme Court often acts as just another tentacle of the Federal monster.
