Is this what my hard earned tax dollars are going towards?

This single Mom who does not work spends all day eating without a care in the world. She plans to be the fattest person ever. I am assuming she is on various programs, I may be wrong there. In the video in the URL below she talks about her goals.

To me this seems like a bad idea and a waste of my tax dollars.

I hear ya…I wouldn't call it a Holocaust per se. But sometimes it seems like we need to hit the do-over or reset or play-again button.

I can see why some folks suggest that if you are on all kinds of public assistance perhaps your voting rights should be cut off. After all I'd imagine this lady will just vote for whoever promises her the most free money with no strings attached. She spends a ton of money on just eating. This is not good for society. And I am tired of paying for so many free loaders with "goals" like this.

At least she won't be doing much Flash Mobbing. So we have that going for us.

Why would an American woman, giving an interview to a UK tabloid, express her weight in stones in a direct quotation? I have never heard anybody outside the UK use that term.

I'd personally like to fund a 180 grain 30 caliber nosler partition into the back of her head right in front of her scumbag kids, just to make an example out of her. A big part of the downfall of this country is because this kind of behavior is tolerated. It's not like she's disabled and can't get a job. She's raping the system and put herself in physical shape where she'd never be able to be a positive member of society. She should be cut off right now, cause she's trash. Let her kind rot, and eventually they'll die off.

Why is the sort of irresponsible behavior this lady exhibits allowed to continue? While the rest of us have to pay for it forever. This lady could use a shrink and an immediate intervention. This would have better odds of helping her than a lifetime spent eating all day.

Now this fat lady example is understandable in that it is so ridiculously extreme and out there. Probably very few Liberal or Conservative leaning people think this is a good idea.

But most of the freeloaders don't try to become gigantic. Many just live off the present system and have large families paid for by others. It's like the family unit is being replaced with a check from the government. So many folks wind up having baby after baby. Who often wind up as thugs or in jail or having their own large families. Generation after generation. Which is just as wrong as what this lady is doing, IMO. Hence my point.

Well I came across the article on a different site who linked to it. Your choice of news media may not cover situations like this one, but that does not mean it doesn't point something out, the absurdity of this situation. It's a crazy goal this lady is pursuing.

In any event here is a different titles take on the matter. There are others. And this article includes a video. So you can see that this really IS her goal, to break the record for fattest woman.

The way our system works is PURE BULLSHIT! Between all the tax we pay in year after year, pieces of **** like this do nothing and are given everything. Sure she probably doesn't live a great life, but non-the-less she survives off the system. There's lots of people out there that actually NEED the help and this pig isn't one of them.

Food stamps?! Free food for her "fat gaining contest"?? Unemployment checks cause she cant work?? HEATH CARE?!?! All paid for by us?!?!

Not disagreeing that it's not her goal or anything, it's patently a very sad existence she has. it just grates that it's trash news being reported.

the Sun is quite possibly the worst newspaper in the UK, lots of blatantly made up news with the rest being trashy news like this one.

Both newspapers are written for the lowest common denominator, with The Sun being particularly bad.

It's a newspaper famous for ***** in it on page 3, that should say enough really.

Hey check it out…the UK has a similar case. Some massive dude on the dole also had the same goal sometime back. He wanted to weigh more than some other massive person to claim the "title". The hard working taxpayers of England paid MILLIONS over time. And paid, and paid. This guy had all sorts of aid, programs, custom extra strong scooter chairs, and cash sent his way. Including caregivers…who in the end just kept bringing him mountains of food. Now he is suing the Government for the "help" they provided. So there is yet *more* cost associated with this hefty fellow.

Again, the absurdity makes my point about these social programs. They don't seem to help people. Rather they enable, encourage, and empower human beings to degrade, deteriorate, and destroy themselves. It may not always be as blatantly obvious such as in the case of these super fat people. It's just as much of a waste when generation after generation of a family are on and only aspire to being on assistance.

As a conservative person I do not just write checks to some charity. I help people one on one. Over time I have taught people how to read or how to get a job. Mentoring.

When you do this, you notice that it is very hard work. And that some of the people are quite deteriorated in spirit. Often they have never met someone like you. It's like they live in an alternate reality. Or do we?

Have you ever taken in an abandoned or abused animal? Some of them you can help. Some are just too shattered or have gone feral and so the odds are vanishingly low. I see that sometimes with teenagers. Some of them have gone feral in a sense. After living so long on the dole it changes their whole world view. Some of those London rioters have gone feral. Same with some of the Flash Mobbers in the US. They crossed some line which once breached is hard to take back. It is like something snapped or broke.

If such people do come back to society, most likely it won't come from a new program initiated by Big Government.
