U.N. > Constitution?

Q: Have [you] concluded the War Powers Resolution does not apply to the mission in Libya or you have [you] determined the War Powers Resolution is contrary to the Constitution? - Boehner

A: Operations are both legitimated by and limited to the terms of a United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of force solely to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under attack or threat of attack and to enforce a no-fly zone and an arms embargo. - Obama

Article One, Section Eight of the US Constitution makes no mention of the UN Security Council.

Hussein is more concerned with his "world community" than the vision of our founding fathers, who most likely didn't care for his vision of a worldwide "red disco" state oversite and economic mediocrity.

I guess 60 days isn't long enough.

How is this new? Historically Presidents have initiated military action without Congressional approval and with or without U.N. approval on many occasions. Think Vietnam, Grenada, Ethiopia, Cambodia, East Timor, Iraq, Nicaragua, Panama, Yugoslavia, Afghanistan, etc. It's more like Executive Branch>UN>Constitution. Madison is rolling in his grave.

I believe you'll find that Hussein criticized King Governor Bush for going to war in Iraq without congressional approval, even patronizing McCain (who's also a fucking moron) over it during the 2010 campaign.

I don't care so much that Bush said this, Obamakhan said that...I care that we collectively select these people. When I watch my 6-trash neighbors who live in a 3-bedroom apartment reinact "16 & pregnant", I understand why. I'm torn between individual liberties and standardized testing for sterilization.

Herman Cain 2012!!!

Joe Perez 2012!!!

I've long supported males getting a mandatory vasectomy around age 15. If you want kids and can afford to have it reversed then you may do so. No more accidental pregnancies, lessen the amount of abortions to almost nil, less stupid people having kids like rabbits, subsequently the prison population would go down dramatically and the world would be a better place.

Me Myself for Supreme Empire of the world 2012!!!

Also, Australia will once again be a prison modeled after the 'Mad Max' films, and Greenland will also be a prison for sex-offenders known as "Pedophile Isle".

Ninety days after the U.S. enters Libyan civil war, bipartisan coalition in Congress maintains that the Obama administration is now in violation of the law that has governed U.S. military deployments for the past 38 years.
So can we sue HIM for once now?

What do you want to sue HIM for?

Seriously though, in all fairness if your going to sue the President, then you should Pres. Bush too. IMO neither should be sued because if you start suing Presidents then when something needs to be done he/she might think twice out of fear of being sued for taking action.
