Finished my turbo build!
Right now it has no exhaust, a boost leak because I gotta cap off a hole in the intake pipeing, and no wideband. So I took it for a short drive, and at idle/below 3k rpm it was really sputtering and it would stall occationally (I would guess because the O2 sensor is ziptied in the engine compartment?) but it sounds badass. But I have a couple qs
1) For the vortec, I take the line from the pressure regulator on the rail (by the firewall), plug it into the outside plug on the fpr, then run a line from the center plug on the fpr to where the origional line was?
well ill ask more qs as I think of them =)

bipes, with a o2 clamp. The setup is as follows
T3 garett off a merc (rebuilt)
begi mani
a combo of stripes and begi intercooler pipes
18x12x3 intercooler
bipes acu / o2 clamp
full 2.5 inch exhaust (when I get it on)
set at 5 to 6 psi

Vortec FPR? Bipes/O2/FPR is a nice setup for those boost levels. Lots of ****** retards running around this forum recently, pounding 7-10psi into their motors with no timing control/no wideband/no fuel control. Get that LC-1 installed, make sure it's tuned right, and have fun.

timing control can be done with retarding the cas but you will lose low end torque...right now im running 7 deg. base timing @ 8lbs with addition of a vortec 8:1 fmu and 190hp walbro...its running fine no knock and afrs go rich as it i take the rpms higher!!!---10.9-11.0 roughly @ 5.5k+...
