not quite sure. it was either my injectors not being big enough. Or my 255 HP walbro fuel pump.

I replaced the 99+ 1.8 injectors with the 7mge 305cc injectors and swapped the fuel pump with a brand new 190 HP walbro

AFRs in in the 11's, with more than 3 psi

whats this o2 clamp .27 volts, the volts to the o2 sensor on dp? is that adjusted through ms? kind of confused.

It's a band aid. Stock ecu has a set fuel curve. Above a certain rpm (4500??) it either pulls a bunch of fuel or riches it up, forget which. I think it leans it out for emissions.

Either way, this isn't good for a turbo. O2 clamp prevents this and turns the fuel curve into a more predictable linear line that the various vacuum operated fuel units can work with.

There's a little rheostat on the unit that you use to set the point at which the clamp activates. Using a multi meter between two wires (forget which) you fiddle with the rheostat so the MM reads .27 volts. It likes to go out of sync too. One of the many adjustments nessecary in a band aid setup.
