Is this a 15g turbo?

I have a 2001 Volvo S40 1.9T with 130k miles. I've removed the factory (guessing Volvo brand turbo, has "VOLVO" stamped on the compressor housing) turbo before just to clean it up and make sure there was nothing wrong with it. That was 2 years ago. Recently, I noticed much oil in the hotside charge pipe and throttle body and you could faintly smell it. I want to rebuild it or replace it, whichever is the most cost-sensible way.

Note: there are two cracks about 1/2" apiece in the divider on the flange that mates to the manifold, on either end of the divider where it meets the outside of the housing. There are also two small cracks within 1/4" of each other, both about 1/2"-3/8" in length, on the wastegate port almost right where the gate flapper actually shuts (this is an internally gated turbo).

This being the case, I am seriously considering purchasing a new one (if they are even available) or finding a used one with relatively low miles with little to no stress cracks or fractures.

I posted up here because any of the volvo forums i visited, well, that was just a waste of time.

Here's some pics. If you guys need the number that's stamped on the exhaust housing, lmk.

been informed by some folks on s40concepts.com that it is a 12T Mitsubishi turbo. they recommend me sourcing a 14T for it because that is what the "overseas" S40's got and it is a slightly larger, direct swap in.
