5/8" oil return line, pre-formed 90 degree?
Does this exist? I have a need for it.
Just the hose. Going over barbs. Sick of fighting the old "too long = kink, too short = leak" game. Changing fittings on turbo or oil pan are not an option at this point. I am ONLY asking the following two questions: 1) Does pre-formed 90 degree 5/8" oil-safe hose exist? 2) If #1 does not exist, what is the most flexible 5/8" oil safe hose? |
Have you considered making your bend happen with a fitting rather than the hose?
And when searching for hose to determine "flexibility" look at the minimum bend radius. And pick one that has a minimum radius less than the radius you're trying to make in the car. |

Use the manufacturers PDF catalog, not a purchasing site.

Yeah, it'd be nice if more sellers listed what manufacturer the hose came from...
Regardless: I actually found the answer to my original question earlier, so this thread serves no real purpose anymore. :D |
what don't you post the answer in case others have a similar question?

Gonna hack this thing up for now. Then in Spring when i pull the motor again to replace my heavily damaged bottom end (In the meantime, ALL THE BEWSTS BECAUSE YOLOSWAG AND SHIT), i'll just grab a new oil pan and put a 60ish degree fitting in. Or an Ebay AN drain setup is looking pretty good right about now. |
