Anyone have experence with sunpro gauges?

GAUGE

I need a gauge to read what my water injection pressure is. It doesent need to be super accurate, and I found these sun pro gauges are nice and cheap, and look pretty clean. Do they work fine? Anyone use them?

well ill report back then, I can get a water temp and oil pressure for under $20 shipped lol. Ill use the oil pressure for the water injection.

My Multimeter is a SunPro. Been going strong for over 13yrs now. Good stuff for the price IMO.

If you did a buy-it-now on that and add in shipping, that's damn near the same price you would pay at autozone or advanced. Plus if you got them at the store you could get your money back if it is a pos.

Im using 3 sunpro gauges. water temp, oil temp, and boost/vaccuum. works great, just not as flashy as an autometer. Yeah you can get it at advanced. No point in buying em online

A gauge isnt much so it should work just fine. I only have experience with their mechanicals, but not electric. I will warn you to definately replace the lightbulbs on all sunpro gauges. You cant see shit at night with what they give you.

got em for 19.95, ill report back when they are on =)

lol nice^ I ran some similar gauges in my srt for a while...they seemed to work fine. You do get what you pay for but on a diy project what does it really matter.

Sunpro boost seems to match my datalogs just fine.

I'm thinking about ditching my prosport gauges and going with the black Sunpro's.

I had Sunpros in my Tahiti jet boat. I figured why dump huge money in gauges that will eventual turn to crap. They worked fine, and never gave me any problems.

Exactly what I have. Black water temp., oil temp, and boost, all with red needles. looks badass and working well so far. they're pretty accurate. At idle, my fan kicks on at the dead right water temp. The only thing is that with their boost gauges when it reads somethin, its gonna be at the start of the white mark when its actually supposed to be over the white mark of what its reading. That and the FACT that their lighting sucks are the only two downfalls, but either are problems. Bulbs can be replaced for better ones and the white mark thing won't even be noticed unless you're really focusing on it, as in too much.
