BEGI coolant reroute and EGR
I just got the racer coolant reroute from BEGI for my 99. It probably should have been obvious from the pics but it can't be installed with the stock EGR tube. I'm going to try and fab a new EGR tube out of brake line. Would brazing be OK for the cool side? Anybody have an idea what the fitting size is that goes into the exhaust manifold? It would be nice if I didn't have to take a hack saw to my stock pipe for a $5 fitting.

Thanks Hustler. You have a 99 engine and the reroute, right? Are you just blocking off the EGR port?

post pics and let me know how that works out for you... my custom EGR tube is a cobbled together weldment of a '97/'99. It works, but will also be in the way of any re-route I'm sure.
