Oil cooler news...
Finally got my **** from racer parts wholesale. I have sawzalled my front bumper a bit to make room for it and once I get some hydraulic fittings tomorrow I will be finishing up the install and posting pics afterwards. It is going to be a tight fit and I am thinking I will have to get some aluminum sheeting and close off all the airflow around the cooler, but one thing at a time. Oil filter is a Ford Mustang bosch filter and I am putting it in the front passenger wheel well.
I'm divided about whether to remove my thermostat or not. It does get cold in north florida during the winter but I suppose I could remove it in the summer and put it back in the winter if I really wanted, now that there is no coilpack in the way. The oil cooler has a thermostat.
Where do you guys get that japanese thermostat that opens wider than the US one?

In case it doesn't open fully enough? I dunno, I guess I am anticipating problems due to my incompetence.
Thanks for the link.
The Cooler is right underneath the hood latch where the stock air blocker goes. Mine has been missing for years with no overheating (on the stock rad) so 57mm + oil cooler should be more than adequate.
