Default Best place to buy RX 8 yellowtops

I need a set of RX8 yellow tops. Finally going to s stand alone MSPNP. Didn't know if Amazon or ebay was a good choice. I have no problem buying reman ones as long as it is a reputable site. This is going on a 99 with an old BRP MP 62 hotside with a Track Dog intercooler. I know this is the turbo section, but it seems there is more traffic than the S/C section.

Ebay or amazon will 99% be fakes.

My advice, as much as it is not the question asked, is stick a set of flowforce 640s on it. Modern EV14s, better spray and not chinesium knockoffs

Nigel (flow force) has 380cc injectors as well.

Yellowtops should be avoided.

I know Force Flow has a very loyal following here, but I’m surprised no one seems to mention KAI. I’ve had great luck with their GT500 kit which I believe is similar to Force Flow without the flow matching but for $100 less.

Definitely skip RX injectors- I had em and getting rid of em was top 3 best things done to the car!

I did consider KAI before I bought mine, but the flow matching seemed to be worth it. With injectors 2.5x the size, I'd rather have them be close together, especially for idle.

But yeah, if you are on a super budget and want to roll your own and spend the hungy on something else, sure.

The flow matching is worth it. My friend and I did the BOYI kits from Flowforce and then got a set of 8 injectors to split. I ended up with one just enough out to make the car not idle right. Eventually ended up sending them to flow force to have them flow matched and swap that injector out for a better matched one.

Something to remeber is that we are putting these injectors on an engine with siginificantly less displacement per cylender than their designed application. So idling and cruising we are waaaaay down at the very bottom of their usable range (actual injectoe open time on an idling 1.6 at 14.0afr is like, 0.3ms. Total injector pulse width is sub 1.2ms).
