Default Its been a long time coming but shes almost there

Well I finally got some 1.8 axles for my rx7 lsd and the rest of my turbo kit kinda together. I'm super excited to finally get to drive her again (let alone boosted!) thing is I've had this thing on the go for so long I've prolly forgot something and would rather someone tell me now then later.

A recap:

I have a custom SS-304 manifold and 3'' downpipe (head flange needs to get tiged on and shes good to go)

Srt4 intercooler with greddy type-s bov, 2.5in SS i/c piping

-3an feed line, and I think a -10 drain

T25/28 or something or other turbo lol (it fits so thats all that counts)

FM coolant lines

Civic half, dual core alum race rad.

I have emange blue installed, (no map yet, hard to find round here) but I haven't upgraded the firmware yet, tried, didn't seem to work for some reason.

RC 370cc injectors and a walbro 255 installed (shoulda went 190 I know)

So I need a map sensor and a wideband and...well I think thats about it.

So what else am I missin here, maybe an o2 clamp and siome dyno time I guess. I can't wait to get her on the road again, after two diffs and a summer waiting for axles I'm gonna b driving (or trying atleats) hopefully this month, did I mention its been -40 and theres a good foot of snow on the ground lol.(weather this week actually is insanely high, 2above)

Are you planning to run stock fuel pressure? I don't see a mention of an AFPR. How much boost are you planing to run?

you have an emange blue, you dont need the walbro 255. You can run the stock fuel pump, should run the stock fuel pump. Also dont need the rrfpr.

If he wants to run more than 160-170whp he'll want to run more than stock FP.

Run 330cc injectors at 100psi and your technically running 500cc injectors. It's not just about adding more fuel, but flowing enough to support additional HP.

I'm looking for 200whp, Hence the pump and the 370cc's. According to RC's fuel calculator that should be about right.

I shouldn't have to run a shitty afpr to get over 200whp with emanage and 370's...atleats I better not after giving away my aeromotive unit.

I don't think you've got enough injector.... it's close, but it's looking more like 200 crank than wheel. What are your assumptions?

hmm i wonder if the 255 will over power the stock fpr...and by how much...ohwell i guess i'll have to run a lower power level until I get that sorted out.

Yes, from what other have reported with that pump, I would expect 5-10 psi additional fuel pressure at all times.

Hopefully with the emb you can get a nice idle. You might need to tweak the idle mix on the afm a little (assuming 1.6)

I'm curious about the SRT4 intercooler. It fits?

I only ask because the end tanks shoot the pipes straight back..

I have a honda rad which fits inbetween the intercooler endtanks they will get sandwhiched together to save intercooler pipe length and cuz I think it'll be better than the conventional i/c way up front set-up.

So how should I raise my fuel pressure then, I kinda want to run 12psi but deffinately want it safe (non of this 90% duty cycle stuff).

I don't want an afpr though...Would a dual feed rail help much?

Sorry chief. Not happening. You'll only have enough fuel for ~200 crank hp.

You need a fuel pressure regulator, or a different ecu & bigger injectors.

Jeesh its been so long I must have forgot my horsepower goals lol, guess I was aiming alittle low when I started to piece it all together..

Hmm so either get an afpr/ better ecu/ bigger injector...Well emange can't really mange a much bigger injector...I could go to a stand alone ecu I spose... I don't know if I want to run 100psi of fuel pressure either...

Thanks for the help Ben.

As is, you'll get 50-60 psi fuel pressure. You'll need 70 psi to break 200rwhp with those injectors. Since you already have the emb, why not just add a fpr to it?

Do you know what it's from? Any pics? Also, is it a stock Honda rad or an aftermarket one? Do tell..
