Also, if you had to do it again now, would you still take this approach or would you opt for something like the kmiata ps rack solution ( assuming no class limitation ) ? No class limitations I'd do a depowered and welded rack with a GM column mounted eps and aftermarket controller because it's cheaper, lighter, and should be more reliable since it doesn't have any hydraulics to spring a leak. |
Okay thanks! That makes sense. I also saw the GM solution before I posted but it looked a bit intimidating with all the welding required. Maybe I'll get lucky and KMiata will have a Black Friday sale on their EPS column this year.
