Budget Mazdaspeed turbo. Need help with the goodies I need.

I want to do a budget Mazdaspeed turbo for my BP4W NA. Here's my list so far:
Mazdaspeed Manifold and Turbo
Megan Racing downpipe
RX-8 Injectors
GlowShift Boost Gauge
TurboSmart Manual Boost controller
Fab 9 intercooler
Flyin Miata Oil and Water Lines
SpeedyEFI Standalone

Right now, I have it just under 2k (including wideband and the other small shit). I know I need the MSM water pump inlet. I was wondering if I need anything else. For exhaust, I'm gonna get the midpipe flange from an NB at a junkyard and weld it on to my midpipe to fit the MR downpipe. Again, any help is appreciated.

Are you sure that the FM water and oil lines even fit the MSM's IHI turbo? It's NOT a Garrett 2550.

Will that downpipe mate with the IHI turbo?

Genuine RX8 injectors are hard to find these days, knockoffs outnumber them 10:1

You're looking at a lot of fabrication work for what will be an ordinary result.

I did look into the mkturbo a lot. My only issue there is the price. It is a great budget turbo but it is a lot more than what I need because it includes a full exhaust. The MR downpipe is specifically for MSM. For the lines, I have to order adapters or find the OG MSM lines (which aren't worth it). The MSM uses 6AN lines and I think the FM lines are 4AN. The adapters are cheap and strong. I think the only fab I have to do is for my midpipe. And I think I'll take your advice on the injectors and get flow force 460. There are a few MSM specific parts I need but every forum I've found doesn't have them listed. If you know any members here that have done this, I would like to talk to them.

This is the biggest problem. I've put an MSM longblock/turbo in an NA6 and it's cool for awhile until you realize that the turbo isn't that much fun. It's small but doesn't spool, and it doesn't have much top end. I don't regret the project, because I learned a lot. But, you should use better parts.

Really like my EFR though.

The MSM turbo swap can be done cheaply if you get turbo, manifold and some other parts for cheap. People seem to be getting more proud of these MSM parts. I got my original turbo, manifold, hotside piping and downpipe for $400 with a very low mileage turbo. The same parts run almost twice as much now and there are other options I would pursue if you are paying $800-1000 for a MSM setup. I had a lot of fun with my MSM turbo, but did have it upgraded to the BNR 16G specs and love it even more now! One huge benefit of the MSM setup is the great packaging. The MSM manifold locates the turbo in almost the same space that the regular exhaust manifold fits in. No engine bay modifications needed to fit the turbo. Even the larger BNR turbo still fits with no modification. Downpipe configuration is also relatively easy. The MSM turbo is not the greatest, but you can still have a lot of fun with it.
