Can I still use this? Some ------- on zilvia.net sold this to me, after I asked him if anythng was wrong with the housing:

So are these turbine bolts difficult to remove? There's enough room to get a wrench on it.

Yes the bolts can be drilled out, depending on the shop and your location, price can range from $30 to $60 or more.

If you have a drill press and good bits you can do the same thing.

If you use a hand drill, and drill off center or snap a bit off in the bolt, the price will go up.

What is the part worth? How avaiable is it?

Is it cost effective to spend more money on it?

Weld nuts onto the broken studs, procure wrenches, utilize wrench when fitted over welded nut to rotate counter-clockwise,profit.
