oopps 9/16 is the drill for the AIT or nozzle, or both?

My open cage GM sensor had no problems being covered in blue wiper fluid. I plan to put my BOV somewhere on the cold pipe (doesn't really matter though), my WI nozzle right after the last bend before the tb (HIGHLY!!!! recommend yo have no bends after the nozzle pre-tb if possible, I know from experience, it will start to pool), and I'm going to tap my IM for the sensor. I'm gonna get one of those phenlonic spacers on ebay to keep the IM from heat soaking.

shit... i have 1 90 before my TB...

what about putting the nozzle mid bend?

neogenesis2004 11-10-2007 08:12 PM

I'd think that would be fine. I just remember when I dynoed it was pooling bad because I tapped the nozzle in like 1 1/2' from the 90* bend to my tb, and when I let off at the end of the dyno like 1/2L of coolant spewed out all over the place. Pretty amazing site to see that much fluid ejected in a split second.

god damn, i bet, im gunan try to to tap it mid bend. hopefully no pooling.

You'll be fine I think.

Your nozzle is most likely 1/8" NPT which might work with a 7/16 drill and some thread sealant.
