Default GTX intake and exhaust mani

I'm thinking about purchasing the Familia/323 GTX intake and exhaust manifold from corksport for my 92 escort gt. does anyone have any experience with either of these two components? I'm thinking about making an adapter flange so that i can fit a t3 super60 onto the manifold. Do you think the intake and exhaust would be able to support 300+whp?

Thanks

yeah that looks pretty sweet, is that an equal length manifold? have you used it or know anyone that has? What about the intake? can i stick with the stock, or go for the gtx? is there really that much difference? Thanks for the link by the way.

the stock GTX turbo manifold. I've seen them as low at $50 and as high as $200 on ebay.

on a miata it puts the turbo into the shelf... but not on a FWD escort. I don't think it put's the turbo into the "frame rail" on any BP engine car.

You sure ? I think it will put the snail into the block as the GTX mounts the turbo the opposite way round to the Miata - from the front of the car, intake on the right, exhaust on the left, whereas the Miata engine from the same angle gives intake on the left, exhaust on the right. Turbos are offset to one side - look at the pics, if you turn the turbo round it will hit the block.
For the miata, the distance between the turbo flange and the head flange needs to be larger than for the GTX.
