Clarification on Turbo Flanges

I was looking into a new exhaust manifold and DP for my turbo. It's a TD04H turbo and was thinking it used t25 flanges from what I have read everywhere, so I went with that and purchased my mani and DP thinking I was alright.

Im sure you can guess how this turns out, :noob: so my question is what kind of flanges does a TD04H-15g turbo use and where can I get them. :crx:

T25 inlet.

T04 outlet.

3000GT SRT4 - outlet
Nissan 300zx - inlet

if your looking to switch up some flanges give ATP TURBO - The Premiere Provider of Turbocharging Components a try. I made the same mistake when I tried to make my first turbo setup.

While I'm at it could you tell me what kind of flange this is on the mani I have know. I've made a drawing of it for anyone who might know. I've been looking and when I got the mani I was told it was a T25 but it seems not... :vash:

I assumed this was a GReddy turbo....which is odd.

That's a typically Mitsubishi Td04 inlet. So buy a gasket set for a TD04....

Is the t25 inlet 2" or 2 1/2".

Are there different versions (ie 1g, 2g) because the td05h-16g turbo I bought off ebay has had the inlet trimmed out to 2 1/2", what flange would this work with?

OK after some research I seem to have found where I misunderstood things.

From what I found there are two different T25 inlet flanges, correct me if I'm wrong.

DSM T25 Inlet:

Standard T25 Inlet:

From what I've seen the internal size of the DSM Inlet can vary quiet a bit. Can I get some confirmation on this?

Yeah like I said I have seen gaskets for a DSM t25 with a 2.5" ID....

From the looks of the flange I have you could easily port match it to match the 2.5" turbo inlet and cut the gasket to match.
