Is this coolant boiling?

Take a listen to this, sounds like coolant boiling in my turbo?
I think it might be a tune issue where the fans aren't turning on even though this was a very short 2 mile test drive. I have an MSPNP2 for this 1.6 and there's a little jumper for the ecu to control the fans and it's soldered from the factory. I've tested the fans with the diagnostic box and they work when given power.
I doubt my water pump is dead
Both rad hoses were warm and the rad was hot
Wtf is this
Thanks

I have decided to take this shit to a shop and have them fix it. I've got the thing in there but the rest is above my skill level.
Oh well :)

Sounds about right.

Are your water lines pointing up?

In the video the lower hose towards the driver side fender points up so they seem to be installed per FM's instructions. My MSM has the full FMII Garrett upgrade. Last year I replaced all coolant hoses and fixed rotated that house barb to point up for better thermal siphoning. Mine boils a little but I've been chasing very minor leakage from the FM reroute and silicone hose ends. My system might not have been holding full pressure or slowly eaking down after the engine stopped. A little gurgling seems to be normal but if that's coolant/water steam and not oil baking off new manifold/turbo/exhaust, there's a problem.

You can hear water hitting something hot (short hiss sound) and theres steam coming up. I'd say you have a tiny coolant leak somewhere there.

^^^^ This ^^^^ Or simply the leak is flashing as it comes out of the pressurized system. Either way, seems like a simple leak.

My first step would be verifying there was a copper sealing washer on both side of the banjo fittings. If so and they are tight maybe something got stuck on the sealing surfaces or there might be a metal burr. When I replaced all the hoses and flipped that outer fitting I accidentally left it finger tight. Hopefully it's something simple.
