Coolant temps?!? Newb question need help

New here to turbo miata's I have a 99nb 1.8l running mk turbo kit on 8psi install went smooth with help from a few of you here. Now i have coolant questions I am running dual core aluminum ebay rad with stock fans (currently no belly pan) I am seeing cruise Temps anywhere from 198-207 then when in boost anything over half throttle it will climb to the 217 range. Is this a number to be concerned about? I am verifying Temps with ms3 pro in tuner studio. I have new Mazda head gasket and water pump installed a few months prior to boosting the car along with arp head studs.. what can I do to get the car cooler? It has been 80+ here in Pennsylvania lately but I still feel like Temps should be lower. Any help is appreciated

Put on the stock undertray and work on ducting.

I would recommend doing what matrussell122 showed below.

Would there be any interest in a ducting kit that would work with the front bar and an airdam?
