Datalogging Bandwagon
1 Attachment(s)
So I took today off and finally was able to take my car out for some tuning. With all the datalogging that has been going on around here, I thought I would post my results. Overall, I'm please will how things are looking. Attached is my latest datalog with 3rd and 4th gears pulls. I seem to be a tad rich going into boost and had a little trouble with my EBC in the third and fourth pull. Other than these issues, the car is running great and I do not see any major problems. One good thing I noticed is my air intake temps were down. I'm 20c at cruise and 8 degrees above ambient at full boost. I'll looking forward finding out how adding an underbelly tray and front shroud affects these temps. I think I feel comfortable now with this software to start tweaking my fuel maps and then ignition maps.
:bigtu: note..make sure you have the LC-1 conversion table loaded in your DLL. |
What's the difference between A/F and Aux CF? Which one is really showing the output from the WBO2?

I'm a little confused about this myself. I don't know why there are two fields for the AFR. I have been referencing the Aux CF field. The Aux CF input uses a conversion table specifically for my LC-1. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about question will chime in. I'm still a noob when it comes to datalogging.

Yes- Aux CF is the wideband data. Ignore the AFR which is used for NB data.
Just breezed through your fuel tuning. Main thing I noticed was way rich under accel, so you need to back off on Z23. And if you see other rpms with a similar pattern do the same. But the ones I noticed were all between 2-4k. Once you get the Plink and palm set up you can use your boost control to tune various levels of boost by swapping at the maps. That will ultimately build a better foundation for the higher boost map since you'll be passing through the lower boosted areas on the way to peak boost. :bigtu: |
