Deatschwerks 165LPH Fuel Pump Thoughts?
Saw this fuel pump on the Flyin Miata website. Seems a bit different than the 190HP and 255 LP/HP people are recommending. I'm currently running an old and beat up stock fuel pump with an FMII/Hydra and putting down about 250 to the wheels.
Seems like a good option without having to add in an aftermarket FPR. Was just curious if anyone has used one and what they thought of it. Very tempted to run this and keep it simple. Thanks! |
DW100 (165lph) is what I have and it will be fine. I got mine from Amazon. However, I chose to also purchase an OEM sock, rather than use the one that came in the 'kit'.

You're Welcome. Holy shit, $38 for a pump screen sock thingy? |
Silly tread resurrection. Looking to do my fuel pump soonish, and replacing the strainer at the same time seems the only logical thing to do. Through searching the forums, it turned up that the OEM one sits in a 45deg angle wrt. the pump, so it fits in the destined "tray" inside the tank. I have found a Delphi replacement (FS0101) that supposedly is an OEM replacement. From pics it looks okay, but has anyone actually used it? Any issues to report?

Looks fine but if it doesn't work out, I use Denso part 952-0001 with my pump installations and like it.

Thanks, massively appreciated! Guess it will fit a NB?

Yes, it should.
