measure the inducer and exducer so I can the trim. But typically a t25 isn't going to get you more than 200-220rwhp.

If you do not have the wheel size offhand, another useful bit of info would be what application it came from (DSM, Nissan)

it probably can't support 22psi (odd number)

can yuou provide any more information? the turbine A/R? can you measure the compressor wheel's inducer and exducer?

from my little bit of research, saab used the 55 trim compressor wheel:

you can see the max the compressor can flow is 20 lb/min, which is equilvant to 190-200BHP. (20 x 11.5 x .00916)

the max psi is can run at is 2.075PR or 16psi (2.075 X 14.7 - 14.7)

maybe but if it is as small as i think running massive boost is not going to get you alot of power. most t25's wont go past 250whp at best and most t28's wont go past 300 whp. If i remember correctly you are making some decent power with your tsi setup are you not?

the higher the engine revs the more the turbo has to flow... reving higher will require a larger turbo.

I made 200rwhp at 13psi on a .48/.49 with a **** tune, so the turbo will easily do 220-230 on 13psi. If you intend to reliably rev to 8500rpm, you're going to need valve springs, rods, and oil pump gears.

then a gt28 is the deal unless you want to convert to all mitsubishi then a 16g would do it as well.
