Oil Feed for 99??? hmmmm
Ok, i've long since known where the feed for a older 1.8 is, but im having an issue here. My block is not a original 99, its a 96. Dunno if that is any problem.
But rather then digging down by the sender for oil supply, i was thinking of using a sandwich plate.... but, i have a oil filter relocation kit. So could i put a sandwich plate on the relocated oil filter? it would make oil feed a nice straight and easy shot over to the turbo. BTW, the filter is relocated to the pass. side firewall.

im having fun trying to figure out what the thread size is for our filters. Found a sandwich plate + feed line w/90* fitting for a good price, and it lists off the thread pitch for the filter... but i dunno what size the Miata is. On a side note, it seems at least the Mitsu 4G63 uses the same thread...
Eh, i just might tap the base of the relocator.. lol

alrighty, so i think i have my oil feed stuff taken care of now. Got that sandwich adapter and pressure line w/
1. T6 Aluminum oil feed flange
2. Gasket
3. 2 X Washers
4. - 4 AN bolt
5. 40" long stainless steel braided line with 2 * -4AN fitting
6. -1/8" Adapter NPT male fitting that goes to the block
Sound good? I know i still need to get the drain line, exhaust gasket and drain fittings.
