DIY Setup, what else do i need?

Ok so here is my planned setup.. It has some gaps so im looking for advice.

I have a freshly rebuilt 1.8 from a 1994 that I plan on installing in my 1990. I plan to use the 1.6 ECU and Throttle Body. I plan on building a custom log style manifold. I have a 1st gen Eclipse 13g Td04 Turbo and intercooler that I plan to use. I also have a vortech FMU with different disks to change the rate to what ever I need (What will i need 1:12?). I plan to use the msd boost master to control timing. Right now all I have are the stock 1.8 injectors. So far this setup has been pretty cheap, and id like to keep it that way. I only plan to run about 8psi max on the turbo. I plan to get a manual boost controller.

What else am I going to need to make this setup work and be reliable enough to drive every day.
:eek4:

The MSD retard-to-boost ignition device only pulls ~6 degrees, from what I recall, which is enough for 5-6psi, but may not be enough for 7-8psi. I suppose if you're intercooler's very efficient and you have a nice downpipe and exhaust, it'd probably be sufficient for 8psi.

As for the Vortech, you really won't have an idea of how much fuel you need until you get a wideband on there. I'd suggest that you'll need ~5-7 extra pounds of fuel pressure for every pound of boost, not 12, like the Vortech unit comes with for the Greddy kit. Again, though, it's hard to say until you get the thing running and take a look at the numbers.

jgstools.com can provide a manifold to weld up with your flange.

I'd use a Bipes ACU instead of the MSD box

yes i know the bipes is much better, but the msd is much more available used and cheap! Im very cheap.. The manifold i think i have figured out.. Is the wideband the only thing that i can use? Seems to be a bit expensive.. and maybe i should limit my boost to 6psi, i doubt my intercooler is going to be really really efficient... So id say detonation will be an issue..
