Good to know, I'll start using google to search more, seems to get me better results from a couple test searches.

Also, holy buckets, I didn't realize there was more than one page to the useful saved links forum area. I've read through all of the pertinent ones on page 1, but didn't even realize there are like 5 pages.

That one is totally on me. :-[

Save cash and just run your own route using eBay...

I'm a bigger fan of going to a place like cx racing or siliconeintakes.com and buying only what you need, instead of the ebay kit.

A little measuring and playing around with a small piece of straight pipe and a small piece of 90* pipe showed me exactly what I needed, and if it's simple enough, it can be done cheaper than the ebay kits.

Just go measure. Like I figured I'd need a straight piece of pipe off the intercooler end tanks before putting a 90* coupler on it to go around the radiator. Turns out even my smaller intercooler is good with just 90* couplers right off the end tanks. Shit like that can really simplify your intercooler routing. Sucks about the AC and PS, just keep the number of couplers/pipes to a minimum, using things like S pipes, 45* pipes, and BOV couplers.

I have this on one side, with a 90* pipe clamped to the other side:

And then a bending reducer on the other side. Shit you can't get on the Bay.

I found a cxracing FMIC with a pipe kit for 150 shipped. I'm sure I'll be able to make it work, and I'm sure I would have been hard pressed to do it cheaper without going used, and even then I probably wouldn't have saved more than $50 or so.

The welds actually look really good.

Um, cx-racing makes/sells the ebay kits. For $120 dollars, you end up with 10 t-bolt clamps that cost ~$10 by themselves for the cheap ones, 10 silicone couplers that cost about $10 each by themselves, and about $120 worth of bends and tube if you bought each one individually from silicone intakes. And for most IC routing, its going to be cheaper to buy the bit kit than it will be to try and buy only exactly the things you need, and its not like you're getting higher quality bends between the cx kit and the individual bends from cx. The couplers and clamps from silicone intakes are better though.
