Everyone is in bed, monday mornings suck with no sleep.

The radiator hose should work fine for the time being while you mock up your IC pipes that way you don't buy unnecesary expensive couplers.
Taking the bumper off might make some things easier but it isn't that important.
The ubends will come off the intercooler on each side and you will definitely need more bends than that one extra 90* unless you're doing something I've never seen before or plan on using 90* silicone couplers instead.

Just buy exhaust flex pipes and bend it anyway that you want... Sure it won't be the best for airflow but you won't have to think too hard anymore.

Dude flex exhaust Is not air tight, there would be leaks all over the damn place, .......got some more bends today, when I get home I can try to see how things sit togther........Im in trouble though...nobody in this area wants to work with the exhaust flange I have 2" with a 1 1/2" hole type exhaust flange.....As far as ic piping goes IM DONE! My dilema now is finding somone to get a 2.5 down pipe made and with that I have another issue I cant make a 2.5 down pipe when the largest hole On the flange is 2"

You are thinking of the wrong flex pipe. The stuff I am talking about is air tight. As far as the downpipe, just get a 2"-2.5" transition and be done with it too.
