Ive been searching for a few hours now for parts for my DIY turbo kit. I am going to be using a 18x12x3 intercooler thats has been proven to work. I found a place that sells universal piping but i am unsure on how many couplers and what angles i will need. I remember seeing a post where someone took measurements of all the pipes but i can not find it again. Does anyone know how many bends there will be from the turbo to the intercooler, from the intercooler to the TB?

stripes kit, then all you have to fab is the outlet from the turbo depending on the size of the turbo/where its postioned.

more info on your turbo and which way its pointed...
do you have the 1.8 or the 1.6?
also, do you have AC or PS? we need to know all those things...
i am for DIY all the way, but some things are better left to the pros, i view IC piping to be very easy and would do it myself every time but if you find it challanging just pay someone else to do it...
GL, but this is really not that hard to do, just stare at the engine bay for a while and you'll get it man

It's impossible to say, since it all depends on your routing and turbo angle, as well as front sway bar size, radiator size, etc. The best way is to try and estimate what you think you'll need, order conservatively, and then place a second order once you know what you need to finish the setup off.

I used Treadstone Performance for my pipes. I would recommend using pre-cut lengths with beads on the ends to eliminate the possibility of popping off intercooler hoses. T-bolt clamps also help with this.

Im sorry, here is some more info. Its a 1994 with PS and AC. My mechanical skills are decent. I was able to perform a NA > TT on a 300zx. I am planning on buying a universal kit from ebay but im sure ill need a few more couplers.

your TB inlet is different so it may require a different bend....but this is the standard type of touring most of us use here.
