Fuel setup help!

Im in the middle of collecting parts for my build and I am ready to start purchasing the fuel system stuff. My question is, What do I need?

Car is a '95.

For starters,
 • '95 Forged bottom end (9.5 supertechs, wiseco rings, eagle rods)
 • '99-00 Built head (P&P, Big cams, +1mm valves, dual springs and SUBs)
 • Turbo (gt3071)
 • LSx Coils
 • MS3 Pro or AEM (havent decided yet)
 • ID1000s
I have everything but the EMS and turbo so far. I just dont know what I should do for the rest of the fuel system. I want everything to be E85 compatible because I may want to go this route in the future. I also have a meth injection kit that can be used to help with detonation for pump gas use. (E85 is kinda a PITA to get around here). I have FM dual feed rail too. Still need to find out if it can be used on the newer head. Havent looked into that just yet. If not I will buy another.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Megasquirt, obviously.

PTFE hoses and fittings

DW300 pump

Go ahead and install a flex fuel sensor while you're in there

If you're running a decent amount of boost, get an AFPR as you may overwhelm the stock one.

Or you could use a 190 pump and not overwhelm the stock fpr. With 1000' s depending on boost he should be fine, no?

He hasn't said a power level. I'm assuming ALLOFIT, which would make the DW200 (255lph) extremely close to not being enough. Anything less doesn't seem worthy of a 3071.

E85 on a 3071 is a lot of fuel.

Aeromotive 340 stealth pump, hands down. and an Aeromotive regulator. You choice on lines and fittings, but get something rated for the ethanol. Also check out Red Horse fittings. They're priced cheap similar to Summit fittings, but the quality is much better.

Yes I plan on pushing this setup to see what it can do. I am surprised the Walbro 450 wasnt mentioned. Would that be just way too big?

Thanks for the heads up on another source for fittings. This will come in handy.
