Fuel system upgrade recommendations?
 

Currently running a `92 with an '03 1.8L VVT, turbocharged, making 7ft-lbs of boost & around roughly 180whp. I have the stock fuel pump from the original 1.6L, the '03 1.8L fuel rail, and a set of used 420cc 04-08 RX-8 Denso Injectors installed. The issue I'm running into is that at 10lbs I'm running 100% duty cycle on the injectors, so I currently have it at 7lbs. I'm looking on upgrading to 1000cc+ injectors soon, and am curious if the rest of the fuel system (stock pump, stock 1.8L rail) will be sufficient to fully utilize the injectors. I'm not looking to get more than ~250whp out of the car, and I'm guesstimating that I can achieve that at, or around, 15-20lbs of boost. Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

How are you using an NB fuel rail from a returnless system with an NA return fuel system. 100% duty cycle on those injectors should support much more than 180whp...

My bad, that was supposed to say stock 1.6L not 1.8L 😅
