Default Exhaust modifications necessary?

I have someone who wants to try to put the stock exhaust from my mazdaspeed onto their N/A NA and I would like to know other then changing hanger position and maybe rotating the flange what other modifications would be needed to make this work? I have no idea about the differences between the cars or how far back the stock header on an NA goes. If anyone knows what would need to be done I would appreciate the information.

it wont fit.

the hangers are way off, the pipe will hit the rear subframe or the tip wont exit the bumper at the cut out.

the cat on a MSM is built into the downpipe, and ends further foreward than the NA cat.

you'd be better off selling just the muffler to a NB owner as the axle back muffler bolts up at the back the same on all manual trans NB's
