Greddy Parts, where do you get replacement hose?
My car has a split or hole in the oil return line .
Where would I look for a replcement please? It is the aircraft style fittings and braided hose. Ashley |
Any speed shop

One would need to know specifically what fittings have been used, as a lot of the cheaper fancy-looking braided hoses are merely push-ons with covers that look like AN fittings, and the "real" hoses are also available with NPT fittings. My own drain line has an NPT on the turbo side and a -AN on the pan side.
If you don't live near a speed shop, there's a pretty good chance that any place which services heavy machinery (farm equipment, forklifts, commercial trucks, etc) can also whip you up a new hose. A lot of their stuff uses 37° JIC fittings, which are interchangeable with -AN. |
Thanks, it makes it easier to search from them when you know the right term.
