GT3076R with T25 housing

So, I've got this Precision 15-3040 which is a GT3076RLE and I was wondering if I could adopt it to work with my T25 flanged manifold. I've found this on ATP website.

How inefficient will this housing be in .64 a/r be for my 220whp goal? I know this is going to be inefficient but just how bad?

It will spool like ass.

That's what I'm afraid of. I guess GT2560R it is then.

:giggle: I was actually gonna post that the 2560 would be the size I would choose for that power goal. It'll spool fairly quickly, make decent power, and would make for a nice curve.

I'm in the boat of "why do you need more than 250whp", but that's just me.

I'm in the same boat. Having no turbo is no fun at all, and slightly more then double the power sounds just about right. The most important thing to me is the spool.

get a 2554 and run ALLOFIT
or a 2560 and MOST OF IT
or 2860rs and SOME OF IT
lol

2560 seems like the best choice. Honestly, I would run a Rotrex if I could afford it right now :)

Well of course it's all of that instant throttle response. duhh.

SR20 turbo. Dirt cheap (I actually have 3 of them just laying around) and I made 225whp at 12 psi on one with a 2.5" exhaust. Super fast spool.

If you asked me to define "the most :fael: turbo ever", I would probably name a 3076R with a 0.64 a/r T25 turbine housing.

I really like my 2860rs. It added in a little more around town fun when compared to the china 2870.
