Hard to find part? 2" pipe with 1 3/8 tee for BOV.

I'm running 2" pipe for my IC. I'm having a tough time finding 2" pipe with the tee for connecting my recirculating system. Ebay's got all sorts of 2.25" and larger, but no 2" pipe. Any suggestions?

Would rather stay at 2" than have to use reducers for coupling to a larger pipe. :)

ask pat on this forum--he has something to do with forge motorsport in the UK and they sell various sizes.

2" pipe + 1 3/8" threaded pipe + 1 3/8" hole saw bit + JB Weld = solution.

the silicone part will run you $50-60....on a quick search I was able to find a 2" coupler with 1" bung.

I ended up making my own tee out of exhaust couplers then using silicone couplers on each end. It was before we got our wire feed welder, so I used our stick welder (which sucks for thin stuff like that and an amateur like me) and some JB weld to make it air tight.

I don't have any good pics, here's the best I could find.

Brain,

Another great ghetto solution. Any solution involving a hole saw and JB weld get's a thumbs up from me.

Sam, I too just have the stick welder and poor skilz. Looks like yours works though. Between you and braineack I've probably got my solution. I'll check into Forge though. If a part is affordable already done that's how I'd go. I saw silicone also but didn't want to spend $60 for it.

Thanks for the responses and ideas.

How did I miss seeing Forge when looking for silicone parts? Prices look pretty good and the selection is great. Not enough specs on the parts - they seem to miss putting sizes on lots of stuff - but definetly a good resource.
