Default Pleaz help with S-afc

ok heres the deal: 99 miata with 460cc injectors, s-afc2, and a diy turbo kit. I wired the s-afc today and tried it. everything seems to work well except that with the car off it shows the air flow to be 100%. I called apexi and double checked my wiring and everything looks good. If any of u s-afc users had this problem how did u over come it. Plz help im so close to completion.

it is the setting for your afm confirm you have the correct sensor type selected and either up voltage or down voltage, i dont know what the NB sensor is though. This is purely a settings issue.

the up or down voltage is only for throttle. that I have squared away. when i plug in my scanner tho it says that there is no air passing through the maf. do I need to wire in a resistor like u emanage guys or (as I suspect) is my maf gone.

no go to the etc seection like i said and change the voltage for the AFM the TPS should be set to nothing * if you have a manual 1.6. I had to do it on mine becouse the default showed maxed flow voltage when no flow existed it is in the manual and flow chart they gave you when you bought the safc. for real man i wouldn't lie to you or make this up.

ok go to etc you will see the sensor check option check there i cant find the map that shows how to do the changes, the manual doesnot mention it either but i know ive done it if all else fails reboot will refresh the settings as well. Are you pluging in a scan tool to see the AFM flow or the safc you do know the safc stays hooked up or the car wont run. Right? First i would try the reset and or find the chart of all the stuff you can do. then try a sensor check and i know there is a sensor setting for other than TPS.
