Default hey TURBO GURUs! Need advice on HKS GT2535

Specs of my turbo:
Quote:
HKS GT2535 - 340 PS Output

COMPRESSOR:
-Wheel- 56 Trim - 51.6 Inducer / 69.0 Major
-Housing- 60 Inlet / 50 Outlet - 0.60 A/R
TURBINE:
-Wheel- 76 Trim - 53.8 Major / 47.0 Exducer
-Housing- T3 inlet / Outlet specs:
Skyline Type; 0.64 A/R
opinions/suggestions on how this turbo will behave in my 2000 1.8 setup? here is the setup about to go on:
homemade tubular mani (short runners similar to the etd)
homemade bellmouth downpipe (with cutout so almost no backpressure)
ebay intercooler with "over the rad" short piping
fm voodoo box (for now till I build a ms)
aem wb02
aem boost gauge
forge recirc bov

it will be 8psi for now, and I will hopefully successfully tweak it to 11.5 afr's to be safe on our crappy gas. later want to go the ms route, 550's or so, and 14ish psi. so def plan on going for more power but later.

on 8psi assuming everything goes as planned, what kind of power/torque numbers should I be aiming for? spool? any suggestions? opinions about the turbo? any feedback is appreciated.

AND ONE LAST QUESTION:
what kind of oil line/return do I need? AND DO I NEED A RESTRICTOR? here is a pic of the bolt that "connects" the line to the turbo and the hole for it:

I have not in my numerous searches been able to find a hks gt2535 oil line or any info about it, so I really need your help on this one. ebay has a **** ton of them, but which one do I get? what are the different sizes? etc etc etc Keep in mind my turbo is advertised as a t25 turbine but has a t3 turbine inlet and a skyline 6 bolt outlet, so I dont know whether i should be looking for t25 oil line or t3

if any questions or any info given, id be happy to post it so I can have all the info/parts I need to get this bitch turboed. almost all parts are here cant wait

thanx

Very similar to my set up. At 8psi it made 200ish hp and 185 at 12psi it made 235 and 200 at 14 psi it made 270 and 230. really good spool.

And what turbo do you have???

The HKS GT2535 is very close to a 2871R. The compressor is a tiny but smaller than the Garrett. And while the turbines are the same, it being in a .63 A/R T3 turbine housing will flow better than in a T25 housing.

It will perform very well on a 2000 motor, but don't expect it to be the fastest spooler, but do expect it to output gobs of power.

As for the oil inlet, you shouldn't need a restrictor, should have one built in. Looks like a standard 7/16-24 inverted flare. Buy fittings as you would for any Garret T28. The bolt in your first picture looks to be for the coolant lines, and the oil inlet on the rightmost of the last picture. All you need to do is figure out the correct banjo fittings for each. Drain outlet looks fine as is.

well in that case CAN ANYONE WITH A T28 measure the size of their oil line fitting?

I went on stupid hks website, as well as 100 others to find any info on what size oil line/fittings to buy and no luck

eBay Motors: Turbo Oil Feed Line Kit Garrett GT25 GT28 GT30 (item 380083915580 end time Dec-22-08 13:01:25 PST)
the bolt I measured is 3/8ths which is .375, the ad says .4375 wtf are they different yet so close? lots of ads say 3/8ths hose diameter, but dont state the bolt or fitting diameter.....I am so lost
