Default throttle body delete?

so im trolling ebay and i come across this ad, at first i though it had a huge throttle body, then i realized the blade is missing? how would you run this set up? full throttle 24/7???

Appears to be. I'd be more concerned with the 2 year old who looks to of taken a grinder to the flange. ***** gotta seal your coolant system. I wouldn't trust it to do that.

People think you can run a wire wheel on a machined aluminum surface without ******* it up.
Ive seen people do it to the surface of cylinder heads to get composite headgasket remains of...
