Default How low is low?

This shot really gives a good representation of how low my low mount turbo setup is.

That's perfect if you ask me...I don't imagine a better turbo placement in a Miata ever...

the turbo doesn't hit the block.

i shut the motor down quick enough after i heard the pump gears grenade and saw no oil pressure that i think the rest of the motor is fine. there is no scoring on the cylinder walls or anything. I alread bought a low mileage 94 motor to replace it though.

Load levelers are awesome. More helpful when taking the entire motor and trans out at once I'm sure but either way they're worth the $39.

I wish I had that much room to work. I did my engine swap in the driveway, and finished just as soon as the HOA had their lynch mob together.
