Alright. After my last post, and suggestions that something was amiss, I adjusted the wastegate and it made a huge difference. Retuned as well, added a little timing, and here's what I came up with. Probably the best I'm going to see with this shitty manifold and dp. Also, swapped in a 4.1 Torsen since then, as noted.
Using a Hallman manual boost controller. Finally got my exhaust leak fixed. Had the boost turned down today but this should give you a good trend line.

This turbo should be putting down about 240hp max at that PSI but not at that RPM obviously. |
Does anyone have data on pre/post tune? I'm curious what people are seeing as a change from tuning alone.
