Heater hose relocate ideas
So I am at that point in my turbo installation process that I am installing my turbo. Weird, right? So now I have a small obstacle in my path that I have to take care of. It turns out that the heater return hard line that runs off the mixing manifold is hitting my downpipe preventing me from seating the turbo on the manifold.
I am brainstorming some ideas as the auto shop on base here is closed until Friday.
So far what I got is...
1) Try to bend it around to the other side of the dip stick. It seemed like a tough bit of metal so I think it may crack if I bend it, but hey... IDK.
2) Cut dat bitch, and just run it straight without the bend .
3) Flip the mixing manifold and run the heater line somewhere else. This one seems like to much work.

I put a 90* fitting right off the heater core to point it towards the master cylinder booster. Then I ran a long line along the outside of the engine bay, to a "T" in the lower radiator hose. In my setup, the mixing manifold is flipped and welded. Alternatively, you could tap the welded mixing manifold and stick in another 90* fitting.

Thanks for the plethora of ideas. I might do a setup like what Curly has, but if I get pissed off while I'm working on it before I head off to the hardware store I'll probably just beat the **** out of it then become furious and end up breaking it. Then at that point I'll have to use his idea.
I will try my best to contain myself.

3 options.
Bend the bitch back an inch.
Do the quick reroute where you toss the rear coolant neck in the front and the front neck in the rear then weld a pipe to the inlet mixing casting coming from the radiator and run the lines together like in curlys picture.
Last one is to run a full coolant reroute and do the same **** with the front mixing casting again like in curlys picture.
I guess your last option is to run a hyper reroute like 18psi says and buy one of these.
