acceleration data: my passenger shuts up at WOT.

2nd gear WOT @ 20mph = spin wheels
3rd gear WOT no wheel spin and pulls very hard. I could datalog it for you if you want.

Just take the slope of the mph graph from that data log. Grab the mph data from that log in a .csv and graph the slope of it.

Get acceleration. Course it would need a unit conversion because that would give you miles/hour^2.

lol. Soviet's car makes more low-end torque than any other turbocharged Miata in the country. If you aren't satisfied with his torque curve, then your goals are not feasible with a BP engine.

Probably should share this here too:

There's a website called SquirrelPF.com that has a pretty handy useful turbo calculator. I punched in a couple numbers you can see here = 200 hp, start spooling at 1800 RPM, maximum boost at 2500, and a 6000 RPM redline so we don't fry eggs on the intake manifold. Then I plotted the resulting airflow on a GT1544:

That dot where it's crossing the 70% line and dropping? It's at 4000 RPM.

GT2259
HX30
K03
k04

These turbos seem to be in the area I'm looking for.
I'll probably start with trying to get the hx30 first since its a t3 frame turbo

Honestly, for ~$150 you should try the 50 trim churbo I'm running to give it a shot before doing anything else. it'll bolt right in.
