Injector Flow Variation

Just had some RX7 high imp 550cc injectors cleaned and flowed by cleaninjectors.com. Got these results and need to know if i need to go looking for more injectors to get closer flow values.

Pulsed flow rates were: 112-114-110-116
Full open rates were: 98-100-97-102

Is that too much variation for power. I want to have enough fuel for 350 HP even if I never reach that I want to have the capability. If there is too much variation with these 550s to ever get a good tune i'll go looking elsewhere.

Accel injectors are stated to be within 1.5% of their rated flow. Your worst one is 3% off the average. I haven't seen enough injectors flowed to get an idea of waht is "normal", but have you asked cleaninjector.com?

If nothing else, you can use this info to put the fattest injector on cylinder #4.

3% variation is at the limit of being OK for a performance application, but is indeed OK.

Well, they're paid for so I'll keep em.

when i had my injectors cleaned and flow checked, i marked them 1-4 and got them to record the flowrates...i then put them in order of flowrate so the highest flowing injector is in #4 cylinder and lowest in #1. this may help with the temperature differnce in the block from front to back and hold detonation at bay a bit better.

That's what i'll do then, thanks guys.
