There's two schools of thought on this.
As the ECU fires the injectors by pulling them to ground (all ECU's do this) the easiest way is to install the resistors in the ECU signal so actually run the resistor on the ground side.
You can install it on the 12v side, but that needs a bit more work as the 12v line isn't as readily available as the ECU grounds.
Both methods achieve the same result so I'd go for the yellow and yellow black from the ECU - much easier and you can use the ECU case as a bit of a heat sink too :)
