Injectors
I have my SAFC I which allows for +/- 30% fuel at any given point. I also have some 440 injectors from a supra(my friend kindly donated when he upgraded his). I know they are direct plug in, but I wanted to know if you guys think 440s can be controlled with 30% or if I need to wait till I build a megasquirt or such? I have read about the gentleman who says he did it with just an rx7 afm, which I have as well, so I guess I can try that too? give me your opinions pleas:bowdown:

You probably can with the combination. If you already have the items, try it.
I've been using the old HKS-SAFR with rc440's for a couple of years and was thinking of going the MS route, but to my surprise, the HKS is now controlling rc650's. |
if a can run 310cc injectors, and andy can run 330's with just the rx7 afm then you should be able to do 440's with both. aside from the larger size of the out flow nothing else needs to be changed so it is easy to try. just remember to adjust the tension spring some to compensate the fuel curve. hope this helps
