Default New turbo need help(did I get a good one). Flanges, Wastegate port and oil drain size

I hope you all can help.
I am replacing my 2554 with this turbo.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/261004868206...witem=&vxp=mtr

The 2554 has all the inlet and outlets for cold side ready to go but this one needs adapters.
I have found
Amazon Amazon

But do I need gaskets our can I use rtv.

What about a boost souce for the waste gate Where to I get that?

For another issue the oil drain on the 2554 is 1.5 mounting bolt to bolt.

I have a knock of t28 chine turbo and its oil drain is 1 3/4 (44mm) bolt to bolt.

Can I safely assume this one will be 44mm too.
I see alot for sale on ebay that size.

If I need a new drain hose should I look at upgrading to steel now it is a rubber hose that has held up well.

would a partion hose like this be ok:

And one know of any cheaper or faster way to acomplish any of this?
Links if possible please

And finaly is this a good turbo for my aplication I was hoping for a journel bearing 2560 is that what this is?

If the Serial # on the CHRA says 14411-69F00, then you got the 2560 equivalent.

What about the adapter flanges. I read somewhere you could make them out of exhaust flanges?

Well i confirmed the seriel # 14411-69F00 so thats good. I just ordered all the premade stuff from ebay. about 65 total for flanges oil drain with braided line and new 5 bolt gasket. I ordered the metal 5 bolt downpipe gasket is that cool or should I have gone normal gasket?

I've never had a need for downpipe gasket on any of the 3 turbos I've had (Begi Chinese, Garrett 2554 and Garrett 2560). I also went pre-made on the flanges. I also wrapped my braided oil line with a bigger hose that I split open. They've been known to saw into anything they come in contact with.
