Is Aaron/Weir banned? His name is grey and italicized. What does this mean?

I need some cheap, high quality flanges

I don't know about his status.
Does BEGI have good prices on flanges? Maybe we need to get columbia river to start making miata flanges.

I don't get how the titles and stuff work on this forum. Took me over a month to realise that Pat got banned. BTW why did he get banned?

Some personal issues between him and Rick. I'm sorry because I could always count on his advice and he's very knowledgeable in all things related to Miata engines.

Its a bunch of cross-forum drama that you dont want to get involved with.

Tim, not sure if Aaron/Weir is still an HMT member, but if he is you can get ahold of him there.

A few mins on HMT and I foudn out he's not a sponsor there either. I went to his site and the only way to contact him is thru the silly contact box. I enter my info, hit submit, then some error-looking window opens. There's a phone number, I may call him tomorrow.

I want stainless and mild steel head (exhaust side) flanges for the 1.8l.

He's been on Honda-tech for years. Likely you can contact him there.

Cool

Everyone moved to rhmt "real homemade turbo".

Rick got the site (hmt) and apparantly pissed everyone off; then couldn't deal with the response he got on that kind of "hardcore" forum. So he dropped the ban hammer on most of the people there, who he didn't ban mostly left. HMT is worthless.

He also, apparantly, let what happened on one site spill off-site onto all the other's that he runs.

weir's still cool, still doing work and still selling products. just get intouch with him via his number, website, rhmt, or his "new name" on hmt - tho hmt is dead.

Thanks everyone. Aaron is just on the slow side of replying to emails, but if you call he'll answer. I have half of my order coming.
