Default LM programmer problem?

I'm sure this question has already came up before,
so feel free to say the usual "Search" response if you must.
I did do some searching, but I didn't spend my usual 5 hours searching for this one. Just not in the mood.

My LC-1 gauge has been reading 22.4 when I'm in gear and off throttle(that's a whole different question I actually will do some research on),
but I set my LM programmer for 0-5v = 10-20afr for both outputs. Wouldn't that mean the max my gauge would show is 20:1 ?

Well I got on LM programmer and click the "Use AFR" button and type 10 & 20 on in the appropriate box on each tab and hit program. Then if I open it again both output tabs are back on the "Use lambda" button.

I already downgraded to the 1.0 firmware thinking that might solve the problem, but the same thing happens...

Is this supposed to happen ?

Thanks for your time!
