Need some help intercooling a Jackson Racing Supercharger.
Okay so I just bought a Jackson Racing Supercharger kit with Big boost pulley (8PSI). I want to install an intercooler, but in my 1997 with AC and PS, it looks almost impossible to route the charge pipes. Has anybody successfully routed charge pipes for a JRSC or know anybody who has instructions to do it?

Sure go right ahead, i'm not ready to buy an intercooler yet, but I would like to know what to get to do it... It takes about 5 days via UPS Ground to get a package from California to Alabama. Hopefully I can get to work on the supercharger by the end of this week.

for sure. i will mock up piping route using my turbo piping when im going to be installing that intercooler i have laying around 
ill let you know dimensions and bends i used.

Kewl, I appreciate it. I got your message on ebay and replied to it. I take it you'll ship the supercharger when you get a belt right? Man, it must stink for all you guys in California, can you seriously not buy 93+ octane? In alabama, some gas stations even offer 96+ racing fuel...
So how did the supercharger feel for you at 8psi?
Yeah, my buddy Brian Bulter just bought a 99 Mazda Miata with 25,000 dollars invested in it. It puts out around 280 rwhp and it is....god it's fast. He raced a 2001 Trans-Am Firehawk and kept toe to toe with it till 90 mph...

yeah... highest octane rating here is 91 so water injection helps a lot. by the way, i plugged a hole from water injection nozzle with a bolt (didnt have aluminum welder at hand) and pressure-checked it. no leaks and no restrictions in airflow

I'll second the WI advice. It's inexpensive ($350 for a D.O. progressive, plus $60 for a trunk tank and transfer system) and should be more than enough for an M45.

Hold onto that water injection, I might just consider it...
I thought of some idea, how hard would it be to create an insulating sleeve that could circulate cold a/c stuff and chill the charge pipe?

Intercooled JRSC will be respectably fast, but you are going to have trouble with a lot of cars. I would do a FMIC and set up the pipes so that it will be relatively easy to swap directly over from a hotside JRSC to a turbo when the time is right.
As long as you think of the JRSC as a very small turbo, you are on the path to success.
I would shop around for an intercooler piping kit and then replace the final pipe that goes to the compressor outlet with one fitted for the JRSC. This should tide you over while you upgrade the fueling/ignition and then save up money for a DP/manifold/turbo.
