ok im just wanting to get some opinions on my set-up,
so far i have a
-custom turbo manifold, downpipe
-tdo5 talon turbo (14b, i know its small)
-stock talon bov, going to be routed back to intake
-fmic with custom piping,
-manual boost controller, (6psi btw)
-1.8 injectors
-b6T cams
-vortech fmu
-stock afm

now i have done research and searched alot of stuff but i wanted to put my set-up up and get some suggestions. when i do the install the 1.6 is getting all seals etc replaced, timing belt, water pump, fidanza flywheel and clutch etc. what i find a somewhat a gray area is what fmu ratio to run with my set-up, ive heard 12:1 is popular but have seen some people running 8:1? also im thinking of getting a bipes kit also but not sure if i should keep the money and just run low timing and sacrifice some bottem end power? lets get some opinions up!

What will you use for timing? If you're going the band aids route a bipes acu would be beneficial. just my .02
